Based on the comprehensive analysis of the study, the following recommendations per domain are proposed, which aim to foster a balanced and inclusive digital transformation across Mindanao's SUCs, enhancing the quality of education and research while ensuring that these institutions are well-prepared to meet future challenges and opportunities:

For the domain of Leadership and Governance:

  1. Enhance Strategic Integration: Develop comprehensive strategies to integrate digital transformation into institutional visions uniformly, focusing on aligning goals and missions across main and satellite campuses.
  2. Policy Standardization: Implement consistent and clear digital policies and governance frameworks across all regions to ensure a unified approach towards digital transformation.
  3. Resource Allocation: Advocate for equitable distribution of resources and budgeting for digital initiatives, prioritizing regions and campuses that are currently behind.

For the domain of Infrastructure:
